I have made table sugar as the villain now, and I know many of us have. But fruit sugars too are okay in only moderate quantities and nothing is better than having a wholesome Smoothie in the morning. Plus no dairy and no table sugar. Yes, it is a win 🐒
You will need –
1️⃣ 2 Medium Bananas
2️⃣ 3-4 Seedless dates
3️⃣ 1.5 cups Almond milk /Cashew Milk
4️⃣ 1 scoop of grass-fed collagen
5️⃣ 2-3 drops of vanilla
6️⃣ 1/4th tsp of ground cinnamon
1️⃣ Pulse everything until smooth , with no bits of dates left.
2️⃣ Gulp it ! Nomnomnom 🐒🍌🥛 .
